 Design/Build
The term "Design/Build," refers to a logical planning process leading to an efficient construction project. We start with an initial design consultation followed up with an estimate for design and pricing based on estimated square foot costs. If our client decides to proceed with the project, a "Design" agreement is consumated.
Site Visit and Assessment
The site visit is critical in determining soil suitability, drainage, easements, etc. Our clients then complete a design assessment which defines their requirements.
Preliminary Design
Preliminary drawings are then prepared for presentation. These are typically plan and elevation drawings and can include 3-dimensional views and renderings as required.
Construction Drawings
Construction drawings are then prepared along with the required structural engineering.
